Remember s St. Jacques with citrus , by no cons citrus butter this time, but the algae spreads !
Tart'alg of cannery Kerbriant, is the last canning Cape Sizun, is located on the town of Beuzec in Brittany a few miles south of Audierne.
Tart'alg is composed of different seaweed (wakame, nori, sea lettuce), olive oil carrots spices and herbs. Tapenade is Brittany!
Ingredients for 4 people
- 12 Walnut St. Jacques
- One bottle of Tart 'alg.
Place 1 teaspoon on each Tart'alg Saint-Jacques and go all the grill for 5 minutes.
