Simple and fast!
Remember s St. Jacques Citrus by cons no butter citrus this time, but the algae spreads!
Tart'alg of canning Kerbriant, this is the last canning Cap Sizun, it is located on the common Beuzec in Brittany a few miles south of Audierne.

Tart'alg is composed of different seaweed (wakame, nori, sea lettuce), olive oil carrots spices and herbs. Tapenade is Brittany!
Saint Jacques aux algues !

Serves 4

  • 12 Walnut St. Jacques
  • 1 jar Tart 'alg.

Place 1 teaspoon of each Tart'alg Saint-Jacques and go at the grill for 5 minutes.
And now it's ready, a nice original entrance to cook in a hurry!
