It's a dessert to savor warm, fast and simple to perform. As I like!

Poached Pears with pink grapefruit from Florida

Peel your pears and slice your half pink grapefruit from Florida.
Put everything in a saucepan with 1 liter of water and 400 g of powdered sugar and vanilla bean, split in two. .
And hop on the stove for 30 minutes of cooking.

Serve warm.
