Two white chicken, carrots, turnips, zucchini for vegetables, I present the ingredients for my dinner.
Tonight I propose a minced chicken and vegetables its the citrus flavor. Not bad my cooking a breeze.
It is the cooking that I love. Fast and simple - original and fun.

Minced chicken!

Cut your white chicken into thin cutlets (cut on the bias is the definition of culinary Slice). Cut vegetables into thin sticks. squeeze the juice of a citrus fruit (orange, grapefruit or tangerine pink Florida as you want!). j'adore ! Salt, pepper, olive oil and broth among poultry Maggi or Knorr love!

A drizzle of olive oil in your pan and fry your chicken pieces over low heat for 10 minutes. Add your vegetables, citrus juice and filtered a dose of chicken broth. Salt and pepper. Let all simmer another 10 minutes. The cooking liquid is reduced to offer a max of flavors!
